​If buyer request a return of item received, it may be returned at the buyers expense. Buyer must return the item in the same condition as received and pay for the shipping expense before receiving a refund less sellers sending shipping fee. If the returned item is lost or damaged in the return the refund will not be granted. All returns must be received with 14 calendar days from the delivery of items.

We offer free domestic shipping with USPS for 2 or more ornaments. 

Order Processing Time (Handling)
Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This time, often called handling time, allows us to carefully pack, quality-check, and stage your items for pickup by the carrier. We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Estimates
Delivery time is dependent upon the shipping service selected and the carrier's transit time after the package leaves our facility. We utilize both USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) to offer you the best combination of speed and cost. Once your package is with the carrier, we have no control over the exact delivery date. Please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for the most up-to-date delivery estimates and status updates directly from USPS or UPS.
